Secondary Market: Here securities are traded post offering to the public in primary market or listed on the Stock Exchange. It includes equity, derivatives and the debt markets and is operated through a couple of mediums, named as :
i) Over-the-Counter market: OTC markets are informal markets where trades are negotiated
